Our refund and returns policy is case by case. We keep records of shipments and when they were received. We expect that if there are any issues with missing or damaged items, that you would check this with in 3 days of receipt. Beyond this time, we will still work with you as much as possible to keep you happy. But please understand that it’s hard to determine certain things after so much time is passed.
If there are issues with shipping damages, please take pictures. If there is noticeable damage to the box. Pictures and video goes a long way in trying to collect from shippers.
But shippers do not refund quickly and we will do our best to ensure you get your props or refund you ahead of this.
Refunds are case by case. This is time sensitive and if you aren’t able to contact us with in a timely manner, we may not be capable of refunding you through normal means.
